CedarRelayForge operates on a milestone-based project delivery model. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the project milestones achieved, the nature of the services rendered, and the specific circumstances of the refund request.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined based on the following criteria:
- Service Not Delivered: Full refund if the contracted service has not commenced
- Material Defects: Partial or full refund for services delivered with significant quality deficiencies
- Breach of Contract: Refund proportionate to unfulfilled contractual obligations
- Mutual Agreement: Refund as negotiated between parties for project cancellation
3. Refund Calculation Methodology
Refund amounts are calculated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the refund request, the milestone payments received, and any third-party costs incurred that cannot be recovered. The following formula is applied:

Service Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of CedarRelayForge's digital services and web ecosystems. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Service Scope & Deliverables
CedarRelayForge provides digital engineering services including but not limited to web development, digital ecosystem architecture, performance optimization, and technical consulting. Specific service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project proposals and statements of work.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Payments are structured according to project milestones as defined in the statement of work
- Currency: All pricing is denominated in Euros (€) unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 14 days of due date incur a 1.5% monthly late fee
- Disputed Invoices: Must be disputed in writing within 7 days of receipt
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed deliverables are transferred to the client. CedarRelayForge retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in service delivery. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 36 months. Standard exclusions apply for information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
5. Warranty & Liability
CedarRelayForge provides a 90-day warranty on all custom-developed deliverables, covering defects in workmanship and functionality as specified in the statement of work. Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or internet service disruptions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. CedarRelayForge may terminate immediately upon material breach by the client, including non-payment or misuse of delivered intellectual property. Upon termination, client pays for all work completed up to termination date.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these Terms.
9. Amendments
CedarRelayForge reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days notice provided via email or website announcement. Continued use of services after the effective date of amendments constitutes acceptance. Material changes require explicit written consent.
